Last Friday 4/26, the Exchange Club welcomed Christina Melton Crain, Founder and President of a new neighbor (near Forest and Greenville) and innovative program, Unlocking DOORS. Founded in 2010, Unlocking DOORS is a comprehensive statewide diversion and reentry brokerage network that is committed to reducing crime and the ever-escalating fiscal impact to the State of Texas and its communities through coordinated collaboration, partnership, public awareness, reporting of evidence-based data and predictive trends, education, and training. Christina is a great asset to the Dallas legal and criminal justice community and will be a great speaker. Our club also took the opportunity to present Unlocking DOORS with a ‘giant’ check for $2000 which they plan to use for staff laptops.
