The ECLH supports LHHS’s annual spring football game – The Red & White Game – by cooking hot dogs for the players and their families.
The 2024 game is on Friday, May 17th and we need volunteers from the club to assist from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm. Tasks include cooking and wrapping hot dogs and clean up / break down. The most laborious portion of this effort is the packaging of the hot dogs, so extra bodies are more than welcome.
Tentative timeline:
- 5:30 pm: Arrive and setup
- 6:00 pm: Game starts
- 6:30 pm: Start cooking and wrapping hot dogs
- 7:00 pm: Halftime
- 8:00 pm: Serve hot dogs
- 8:30 pm: Start break down and leave
