The ECLH supports LHHS’s annual spring football game – The Red & White Game – by cooking hot dogs for the players and their families and providing entertainment for the young kiddos attending the game.
The 2023 game is on Friday, May 19th and we need volunteers from the club to assist from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm. Tasks include cooking and wrapping hot dogs, manning the bounce-houses and clean up / break down. The most laborious portion of this effort is the packaging of the hot dogs, so extra bodies are more than welcome.
Tentative timeline:
- 5:30 pm: Arrive and setup
- 6:00 pm: Game starts
- 6:30 pm: Start cooking and wrapping hot dogs
- 7:00 pm: Halftime
- 8:00 pm: Serve hot dogs
- 8:30 pm: Start break down and leave
